The EU ranks as the UAE’s primary investment partner, while the UAE stands as the EU’s second-largest trade partner. The collaboration has extended into innovative areas such as artificial intelligence, clean energy, technology, and regional connectivity. The EU and UAE are particularly focused on leveraging opportunities in the green economy and AI, strengthening links between Europe and the Middle East and North Africa, and facilitating the exchange of technology and expertise.
